Founded in 1997, Women's Health Connecticut (WHC) manages the nation's largest group practice dedicated to women's health, comprised of over 150 Ob/Gyn physicians at nearly 70 office locations throughout the state of Connecticut. Over the past eight years, IHC has provided assistance to the business component of this Management Services Organization (MSO). In addition, we have assisted over 10 of these practices to date with a wide variety of projects, ranging from the assessment of operations, financials, and organizational structure, to interim management and implementation of IHC recommendations. Our on-site implementations have consistently resulted in a dramatic increase in net profits for these practices. |
| WHC has also been able to utilize IHC as an objective resource to help "bridge the gap" between the corporation and the individual practices. IHC has been particularly successful in translating concepts developed by WHC to benefit individual groups by understanding both the corporate perspective and on-site realities. |
