Women's Health Care of New England (WHCNE) is a 5-physician obstetrics and gynecology practice based in Norwalk, Connecticut, with additional locations in New Canaan and Ridgefield, CT. This practice initially engaged IHC to assist with physician compensation formulae. To accomplish this task, IHC presented various physician compensation methodologies and their respective advantages. Once the preferred option was selected, IHC customized the formula to suit the practice needs. A financial model was then created to illustrate the various benefits to the physicians. |
| IHC is currently working with this practice to assess the financial feasibility of hiring a new physician and to create a formal governance process and partner succession strategy. IHC is also assisting WHCNE with the development and implementation of a productivity strategy to fully optimize the potential of the practice. |
