Integrated HealthCare (IHC) provides services to universities and medical schools ranging from faculty practice assessments and reorganizations to interim fiscal management and strategy development. In unpredictable economic times, universities and medical schools may experience decreased revenue from non-reimbursed and under-reimbursed services, and encounter stronger resistance to new faculty recruitment and expanded research and other non-clinical activities. IHC has proven experience in creating sustainable change resulting in increased revenues and decreased expenses in the medical school environment. IHC currently provides interim fiscal leadership for the Columbia University Division of Health Sciences (CUHS). Among the various projects we have implemented in this role is the successful restructuring of CUHS liabilities to achieve a significant reduction in annual debt service. IHC brings value to its clients by working closely with administrators and health care providers to achieve the best possible outcome. IHCs Scope of Services
