Qualifications

  • Master’s in Business Administration or other advanced degree required
  • Minimum five years’ experience with a health care and/or consultancy organization
  • Exceptional analytical skills—defined in terms of critical thinking and problem-solving, in addition to computer skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

Job Description

Conduct client projects, involving performance assessment and improvement for hospitals and health systems, physician practices and universities. Improvement goals include strategic, organizational, operational and financial aspects.  Specific tasks include:

  • Management of client engagements
    • Management of junior project staff
    • Data collection and management
    • Performing research on relevant clinical and operational issues
    • Preparation of operational and financial analyses
    • Development of client presentations
  • Business Development
    • Management of client relationships
    • Pursuit of new business opportunities
