Job Qualifications

• Advanced degree preferred
• At least three years’ experience with a health care organization desirable
• Exceptional analytical skills—defined in terms of critical thinking and problem-solving, in addition to computer skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Job Description

Assist Project Managers with conducting client projects, involving performance assessment and improvement for hospitals and health systems, physician practices and universities. Improvement goals include strategic, organizational, operational and financial aspects.  Specific job tasks typically include:

• Data collection and management
• Performing research on relevant clinical and operational issues
• Preparation of operational and financial analyses
• Development of client presentations
• Management of client relationships
• Management of junior project staff
