Job Description
Assist Project
Consultants and Managers in conducting client projects. These
projects involve performance assessment and improvement for hospitals
and health systems, physician practices and universities. Improvement
goals include strategic, organizational, operational and financial
aspects. Specific job tasks typically include:

Data collection,
management and scrubbing
-
Client interviews and
management of relationships with junior staff
-
Performing research on
relevant clinical and operational issues
-
Preparation of
operational and financial analyses, using Excel and other PC-based
computer programs
-
Development of client
presentations
Working with
experienced Project Managers—and having direct client contact and
responsibilities—provides an outstanding learning opportunity.
