Ms. Oh holds a Master’s Degree in Public Health, concentrating in Health Policy and Management, from Columbia University.

Most recently, Ms. Oh assisted with the Primary Care Network Development for a community hospital in Connecticut.  With this effort, she has worked to promote operational and financial effectiveness in the physician practices that refer patients to the hospital.

Ms. Oh is also assisting with the assessment of physician and overall practice performance for the Department of Vascular Surgery at a major academic medical center in New York City.

Finally, she is engaged in performance assessments for several specialty physician practices in New York State’s Westchester County.

Previous to joining IHC, Ms. Oh worked as a physical therapist.  This experience gives Ms. Oh a clinician’s perspective into the daily operations, physician relations, and economic and psychosocial issues associated with the delivery of care.  She also has experience with various surveys, such as JCAHO, in different healthcare settings.
