As Associate Dean for Clinical Affairs and Assistant Vice President for Health Sciences for Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons, Mr. Wexler created the Columbia Presbyterian Physician Network of over 850 physicians and brought a centralized billing and collection program to the College’s practice plan, among other achievements.

He has written and administered service grants and contracts funded by NYS as well as the Federal government. Mr. Wexler was an accreditation site visitor and consultant for finance to the American Dental Association for 5 years, during which time he surveyed dental schools across the country.
