
David Festi,
Consultant Mr. Festi’s experience in the health care industry
includes physician practice management, strategic and financial planning,
and the development of successful healthcare marketing initiatives. Mr.
Festi holds a double major in Psychology and Political Science from the
University of Connecticut.
Most recently, Mr. Festi assisted an academic medical
center with the development of an easy-to-use tool to both efficiently and
rigorously evaluate the financial position of potential hospital partners.
The final product is a spreadsheet that comprehensively ranks the risk
levels of partnering with the hospitals under consideration.
Previous to joining IHC, Mr. Festi developed the
internal operational structure and initial marketing campaign for a local
start-up health care marketing organization. He functioned as the Marketing
Director and Lead Account Executive while fostering a client base which
enabled the business to be viable within its first 4 months.
Earlier, Mr. Festi held a management position with a
multi-million dollar, full-service dental organization. While there, he
contributed to consistent increases in collections, and doubled the volume
of new patients within a one-year period.
